Gala with Barbara Schöneberger: BUWOG wins award for Europe's strongest real estate brand

For the fifth consecutive time BUWOG wins the renowned REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD as the strongest brand in the property development business. In the most extensive consumer study of its kind in Europe, the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND INSTITUTE has determined the strongest brands and top players in the real estate industry. To do so, the researchers surveyed 91,000 consumers about their perception of company brands Europe-wide. For the fifth consecutive time BUWOG took first place in the category "Top 100 Residential" in Austria and won the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD. The gala celebration at the Axica Congress and Convention Centre in Berlin took place in cooperation with the German property federation ZIA (Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V.). The event was moderated by TV host Barbara Schöneberger.

Study examines purchase decision of 190,000 consumers

The EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND INSTITUTE is the leading platform for determining the positioning of corporate brands in the European real estate industry. It evaluates over 1,400 real estate companies for the largest scientifically recognised brand value study every year. The basis of calculation is the REB BRAND POTENTIAL MODEL, a brand value model that combines empirical, scientific, valid, qualitative and quantitative methods. Harald Steiner, CEO of the REB-Institute explains: "BUWOG takes first place in brand strength, regional competence as well as consulting and product preference. As a result of the sum of all positive assessment criteria (KPIs) the brand also gets high marks in recommendations by third parties".
