BUWOG launches nationwide summer campaign


With the new advertising campaign, BUWOG is setting the stage for a new lifestyle, focusing on three subject areas with a common theme for its cross-media image campaign: “Finally, we’re back...”

Low incidence, the opening up of restaurants and cultural venues – and having a great time with one another again: the three motifs of BUWOG’s summer campaign this year speak from the heart of many: “Finally toasting together again”, “finally laughing together again”, “finally dining together again”: these are the claims of BUWOG’s advertising campaign. In Germany, BUWOG is focused on Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig and the Rhine-Main region with its construction of new residential properties and currently has a development pipeline of around 15,000 residential units.

BUWOG: nationwide campaign

BUWOG's campaign will run until the end of July 2021: nationwide and with a focus on the Berlin area and the Rhine-Main region, there will be print and online media as well as out-of-home advertising. At SevenOne Media (ProSieben, Sat.1, Kabel eins) and IP Deutschland (RTL, VOX, NITRO, ntv), adapted digital motifs will be run in addressable TV, and there will also be target group-specific social media formats.

BUWOG has already received a number of awards for its marketing and communication performance, including the German Brand Award in the category “Building & Elements” in 2021 and the “Sustainable Brand of the Year” for sustainability. The EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND INSTITUTE determined a brand value of 91.84 for the brand and presented the company with the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD.
