ALEXANDER HAPP

CEO BUWOG Bauträger GmbH

As a managing director, Alexander Happ is responsible for the development in Germany. BUWOG Bauträger GmbH provides an important contribution through the development of new projects in Berlin, Hamburg and other attractive citiies. These project are not only condominiums but also rental aparments, which are transfered to the on hold projects of the Venovia SE. Hereby, BUWOG attaches high importance to the implementation of its suistainable goals and energry efficient constructions in efficient districts.

 

 

DANIEL RIEDL

and Board Member Vonovia SE

Daniel Riedl is Chief Development Officer of the Vonovia SE and is responsible for the development part in Austrian and Germany as well as for operations in Austria. Daniel Riedl is a graduate in business administration and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Daniel Riedl has over 20 years of experience in the real estatet industry, thereof 10 years of board level experience. Already between 2004 and 2011, he headed BUWOG in its previous form. From 2008 to 2014, he served on the Executive Board of IMMOFINANZ AG and chaired the Supervisory Board of BUWOG GmbH from the beginning of 2012 until October 2013. In November 2013 Riedl was appointed CEO of BUWOG AG and led BUWOG through the spin-off of IMMOFINANZ AG to the successful stock exchange listing.

 

 

KLAUS FREIBERG

CEO BUWOG Bauträger GmbH
and Board Member Vonovia SE

From 1995 until 2010 Klaus Freiberg was in different leading roles at the Arvato Group (Bertelsmann). There he took over and also optimized the Service Center of the Deutsche Post as well as of the Deutsche Telekom. Most recently he was managing director of Arvato Services. Freiberg is a proven expert for the companies' orientation towards customer orientation.

Klaus Freiberg studied history, social and national economy in Münster.
